Meditation and Inflammation

A well-informed diet and various supplements (Tart Cherry by Vitalfit is our favorite) have been shown to lower biomarkers of inflammation. Research highlighted in this study shows having a meditation practice can have a pretty large impact as well. Block out 15 or 20 minutes each day to find stillness and be present. Apps like Headspace are a great tool to get the ball rolling on developing your meditation practice.
