Now that the dust has settled from the New Year, we are checking in to see how the “new you” is taking shape. This year, the PGC team took a page out of Aubrey Marcus’ book and decided to scrap our goals. Instead, we're all about creating intentions.
Rather than setting a specific goal — for example, a 60-second handstand — we set the intention to get upside down every day. We have very little control over being able to hit a 60-second handstand, but what we can control is showing up every day and putting in the work. Our intention to consistently get upside down is actionable, achievable, and has the potential to keep us moving toward our desired outcome.

Ronnie Teasdale, a.k.a Ravi Chander, was a regional level CrossFit athlete and gym owner, who has since moved on to train for the circus, become a yogi, and is now a student of the human condition (and beyond).
Over the past few years, Ronnie has evolved immensely, exploring eccentric practices like urine fasts and sun gazing.
