A Must Try: The Ido Portal Squat Routine
Squatting is a big part of human movement. Since we became bipedal and descended from the trees, the squat position has allowed us to eat, rest, eliminate, and do almost anything else aside from walking and sleeping. At PGC, we try to accumulate 30 minutes in the bottom of the squat each day. We also start almost every day with Ido’s squat routine to improve the health of our hips, knees, ankles, and digestion.
