Life-changing Documentary on Netflix: Minimalism

This is a must see documentary from 2016 that quickly became a phenomena. It'll truly open your eyes and help you become more conscious of your possessions. We guarantee you're going to get rid of a few things around your house after watching it

"How might your life be better with less? MINIMALISM: A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT THE IMPORTANT THINGS examines the many flavors of minimalism by taking the audience inside the lives of minimalists from all walks of life—families, entrepreneurs, architects, artists, journalists, scientists, and even a former Wall Street broker—all of whom are striving to live a meaningful life with less."

P.S. Our friend Jesse Jacobs, Founder of Samovar Tea, is in it. See if you can spot him 😉

Timeless Book About Spirituality: The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself

The Untethered Soul is a New York Times bestseller, authored by spiritual teacher Michael Singer and co-published with the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS).

In this book, Singer suggests that our identity is to be found in our consciousness and discusses our ability to observe ourselves and the world around us. It's an incredible, fairly easy read that uses simple concepts to help you explore who you are. It offers a frank and friendly discussion of consciousness and how to develop it.

We highly recommend you make some time for this one. It has greatly impacted our life philosophy and the way we view the world!

Savage Training Tools: Onnit Steel Clubs

The steel club is a modern adaptation of a classic, time-tested fitness staple. The inspiration behind it is from ancient Persia, where warriors and wrestlers came to understand the value of swinging implements with an uneven weight distribution.⁣

We personally love the steel clubs from Onnit, made of 100% premium steel construction, which is heavier and more dense than iron and is uniquely resistant to chipping, denting, and rust.⁣

Besides the great workout, you will feel extra primal swinging steel clubs 👹

We love hearing and connecting with you! Please shoot us a DM on Instagram (@primalgoodscompany) or reply to this email with ideas, questions and suggestions.
